Course Description

Holiday Intensives provide students with a valuable opportunity to make purposeful progress during the school break. Depending on individual needs, sessions may be tailored to: 1. Conduct skills assessments to identify individual strengths and weaknesses, particularly for new and waiting students 2. Address targeted areas for improvement through guided instruction, reinforcement, and practice 3. Consolidate existing knowledge and skills to ensure long-term retention and stable application 4. Provide structured preparation for the upcoming term, including new texts and assessment requirements By focusing on identification, consolidation, reinforcement, and preparation, our Holiday Intensives enable students to return to school with strengthened knowledge, refined skills, and greater confidence.

Administration

/ Schedule: 2026 January Holiday Intensives commence on Monday, 5th January and conclude on Friday, 23 January. The selected day and time will apply consistently and consecutively for three weeks. If students need to book more than one session per week, they may either select a day and time for three total sessions TWICE (i.e., six lessons in total), or message directly to confirm all dates and times before making a single one-time registration. Please ensure that all selected days and times remain consistent. / Cooling-off period: Students may withdraw from the course immediately after the first session; before the second session. / Withdrawals: No sessions in part or in whole may be withdrawn after the cooling-off period. / Rescheduling: If you need a particular lesson to be rescheduled, please notify us at least 1 week in advance. On the day cancellations cannot be rescheduled. / Communication (holidays): 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM are teaching hours during the holidays. 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM are consulting hours.
